To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. It must be unworn and if it was altered per the customer's request the fees for the alteration will remain the responsibility of the customer. All Custom and Special Order items are not returnable or exchangeable. All Special Orders are defined as any jewelry item, watch, or gift item ordered that is not part of the Diamond Showcase’s regular inventory or an inventory item altered at the customer’s request.
